Cancellation Policy

We request that you give a minimum notice of 24 hours to your instructor should you wish to cancel a lesson. If less than 24 hours’ notice is given then your instructor is entitled to charge you the normal lesson rate.

If you have pre-paid for any lesson but fail to attend or provide the Minimum Notice to cancel or rearrange the lesson, it will be counted as a lesson taken for the purposes of the lesson cancellation policy and you will be liable for the lesson fee.

You are not be able to sell or transfer any driving lessons which you have pre-paid for to any third party, without obtaining prior written consent from your instructor.

Time2pass cannot be held responsible for a lesson cancellations due to mechanical breakdown or other emergencies such as illness/bereavement. We can also not be held responsible for tests that are cancelled by the DVSA.

OFFERS AND PRICE CHANGES:

Time2pass is entitled to change driving tuition offers and prices at any time.
Lesson prices vary depending on whether you learn in an automatic or manual vehicle.
Any pre-payments are honoured at the time in which they were purchased, but the first lesson must be taken within a 6 month period from the date of purchase.
